Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your piece of jewellery or silversmithing from Shimara Carlow, however if you are not fully satisfied please contact Shimara within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with original packaging within 28 days of receiving your order. All returns are at the customers own risk and return postage is at the expense of the customer. We recommend you use a registered insured delivery service.
We cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders so please take extra care when ordering and commissioning these pieces. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct finger size when ordering rings.

Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Australia Post. Shimara Carlow cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty are:
– Bespoke pieces
– Customised pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online.)
Pricing and Payment
All the prices are shown in AUD. Goods are charged at the price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of GST. Prices are correct at time of publication. International customers will be liable for any import duties and taxes in the usual way.
All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. Payment can also be made by online bank transfers. Please contact Shimara if you would like to pay by this method.
Descriptions
Stated sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from illustrations due to variations in computer monitors.
